¢ñ.Applicable range:
¡¡¡¡Automatic Spraying And Drying Machine is a special equipment for coating grain surface of leather in the tanney process.The spraying guns are controlled by computer and pneumatic circuit.It enable to realize process requirement that spraying when the leanther is being existed and stop spraying without leather under rotary spraying guns.After spraying,the leather is fed into the drying room for drying treatment automatically.Then the leather is blown with cool wind.So far,The whole process is finished.

¢ò.Feature of mechanism:
¡¡¡¡ The spraying room and rotary unit are made of stainless steel.It is not only beautiful but also anticorrosive and rustproof.There are 24 spraying guns and feeding system with double passageways in the machine.To set up a whole hoist device of spraying guns not dhanged after regulation.The electric system adopt CQM1H programming conrtoller and MPT002 programming terminal made in OMORN company of Japan.It enable to display every various dutum and motion condition.The drying room adopt insulated material of double sayer which is 50mm thick.The temperature may rise to 100 ¡æ from ordinary tedmperature in ten minutes The purification device is compsoed of two sewage pump and two high pressure centrifugal blowers.Formed filtration layer of water screen can take out residual grain dust in the air,therefore the exhausted gas is clean.The quantity of extractive wind of this machine just matches quantity of exhausted gas from spraying room in the work,so even if dont't close glass door of spraying room ,the dust fog is not diffused out.The machine is named a good product of environmental protection type.
